By logging in or using School Desk (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you are a parent/guardian accessing on behalf of a student, you accept these Terms on the student's behalf as well.
2.2 Accounts
- Accounts are created by school administrators, not self-registered.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Report suspected unauthorized access immediately to

2.3 Roles & permitted use
- Admins: manage users, classes, fees, exams, notices, and system settings.
- Teachers: manage attendance, homework, and exam/test results for their assigned classes.
- Students: view their own attendance, homework, results, and fee status; submit homework.
- Parents: view their linked child(ren)'s records only.
- Accountants: manage fee records and payments.
Users must not attempt to access data outside their role's permissions or circumvent the Service's access controls.
2.4 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content via homework/file uploads
- Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the Service's security
- Use the Service to send spam or unauthorized bulk communications
- Misrepresent fee payment status or tamper with financial records
2.5 Fees & payments
Fee amounts, due dates, and payment records displayed in the Service are for administrative tracking. 2.6 Intellectual property
